The Ralph Lauren Ames Studio Light is designed as a statement piece in a room. This product is inspired by the Fortuny Studio Lamp designed in 1907 and a vintage Japanese collapsible folding camera flash made in the 1960s. It was our intention to create a piece with some more weight and fortitude than the original inspiration.
